The buzz in town is that the reservation stakes are going to be increased from this year onwards.
Should, DAIICT being a private institute,be influenced by the government policies??
DAIICT is only one of the few "private colleges" which had to keep seats reserved for students belonging to a particular state.
There have been many rumours that the quality of present year is not upto the mark as the previous years, but the other side of coin is that- many are thinking there will be more companies from gujarat for the placements. But we can't say more about this at present time.

ReplyDeleteahahaha gujjus supporting each other...!!
ReplyDeletebtw it is being said that gujju reservation will be exempted from next yr so rejoice...!! dude dont froget .... leave aside maharshtra.... even half of mumbai has much more capable crowd for engineering studies compared to whole of gujarat.... that is the reason why colleges like VJTI UICT JBIMS(jamunalal bajaj insti of management)....mahasrashtra is much more a competitive state than GUJJU LAND leave aside states like rajasthan AP UP which are even more competeitive....and how can u compare NIRMA with DAIICT its far out of the league...!!
also how can u take consideration fucking rankings of bull shit outlook or india today for that matter....I really pity pavan daxini..!!
instead doin such senseless analysis go and study...
as far as companies from gujarat are considered there are not enough ICT companies in Gujarat...!! its the compnies from HYderabad banglore chennai pune noids gurgaon that matter...
ReplyDeleteif DAIICT was to be an insti with core branches the GUJRAT companies would have recruited in gr8 numbers becoz of the heavy indutries especially chemicals and pharma....
thus the iptg stands a good chance in this respect..!!
also who will complain abt the resevation if there are 90% gujju majority in nirma...and the so called 10% (these too gujjus from places like mumbai) will not complain....lol

ReplyDeleteaditya g, seems to be of a very high stature, or is the arrogance based on ur AIEEE rank??...u definitely are denying the fact that regards the existence of institutes like the IIM-A, a world famous institute which is in gujarat as one of its prestigeous achievements...and for your kind information on statistical data...you may be interested to know that there is an equivalent amount of all-India students in our batch under academic probation...and i too support that the institute needs amendement and that is not to be achieved by removing the quota...but here we students are not to form a derogatory comment by accusing the administration or the students of gujarat but rather guiding the admin's decision course in the form of petitions from the student government...and if you still disagree you should have visited the college before joining it...and now that you are in a college which does not run according to your assumptions then dont scribble here...go and do something about it
